Monitor your field personnel activities in real time
Dispatchers can monitor what field personnel are doing in real time with Praxedo’s “activities” concept. Praxedo assigns a status of “available,” “en route,” or “dealing with a work order” to each field resource or team, letting the dispatcher allocate resources quickly during an emergency.
Afterwards, the activity report provides the dispatcher with important information, such as the actual time spent on a service call (compared to the time allocated), as well as the time a field resource spent working each day, week, or month.
Configuration of the activity process is highly flexible. Among other things, the process allows the dispatcher to:
– Create workflows in the activities sequence
– Determine whether the allocated time has been “worked” or not
– Identify a change in activity
Additionally, activities trigger alerts, which are sent to customers based on the progress of the work order.
